Parthiv M. Patel
Parker McCay welcomed new associate Parthiv M. Patel to its corporate department. Patel is based out of the firm’s Mount Laurel office.
Patel focuses on business and corporate law, counseling clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and securities law. He earned his law degree from Drexel University’s Thomas Kline School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University, Camden. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He was a recipient of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) immigration status.
