The February issue of New Jersey Lawyer, the New Jersey State Bar Association’s bi-monthly publication, covers a wide range of family law topics in 11 informative articles. Topics include cohabitation, practice misconceptions, alimony, child support termination, admissibility of electronic and social media evidence, burdens of proof for retirees and Jewish divorces, as well as other matters.

“All in all, this family law issue of New Jersey Lawyer provides exciting and enlightening insight on family law issues impacting our society,” wrote Joseph J. Russell and Angela Foster, who co-edited the edition.

The April issue of the magazine will focus on business litigation.
