Richard A. Catalina Jr.
Hill Wallack welcomed Richard A. Catalina Jr. as a partner in the firm’s Princeton office. Catalina is the partner in charge of the firm’s intellectual property practice and a member of the life sciences practice. He is a registered patent attorney and Certified Licensing Professional. He joins Hill Wallack from Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer in Woodbridge. Catalina regularly advises clients in intellectual property and patent-based matters, including procurement, protection, enforcement and monetization. He also regularly represents clients in trademark prosecution proceedings, as well as inter partes and ex parte matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Catalina is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for District of New Jersey and the USPTO. He earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. He received his B.S. in biology and chemistry from Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey).

Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark brought on Debbie Kramer Gregg as of counsel. Gregg joins the real estate department after serving as general counsel for multi-state real estate developers for 25 years. She has experience in all aspects of development, including due diligence regarding approvals, environmental and title issues, acquisition of existing and undeveloped projects, securing entitlements, and financing. Gregg received her J.D., cum laude and Order of Coif, from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. She is admitted to practice is New Jersey.
