Sills Cummis & Gross announced the addition of Jaime Reichardt. Reichardt joins as of counsel and will chair the firm’s state and local tax practice. He will be resident in the firm’s Princeton office. He helps companies identify potential compliance issues and tax reporting exposures, and helps identify and secure proactive refunds, tax credits or abatements, and other incentive opportunities. Reichardt began his career serving as a tax policy adviser for the state of New Jersey. Before joining Sills Cummis, he was a state and local tax director at Citrin Cooperman, and prior to that an attorney in the state and local tax practices for two national law firms. Reichardt received his LL.M. in taxation from Loyola Law School in 2011, his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 2009, and graduated with a B.S., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2006. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Morristown-based Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti brought on Shaun P. Tooker to the products liability and mass torts group. His practice focuses on pharmaceutical products liability and mass torts, and complex commercial litigation. He also has experience in privacy protection matters and has successfully defended corporate clients against allegations of violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Tooker received his law degree, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2014, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in 2011 from State University of New York College at Geneseo. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Tooker was an associate at Coughlin Duffy in Morristown.
