Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection � Lists of Ineligible Foreign Legal Consultants, Ineligible In-House Counsel and Ineligible Pro Hac Vice Attorneys
Foreign legal consultants, in-house counsel, and pro hac vice attorneys are subject to the same requirements as licensed members of the New Jersey Bar under a number of Court Rules. Among these are the requirements to pay the annual assessment. The Supreme Court has entered an Order declaring ineligible in New Jersey those foreign legal consultants, in-house counsel, and pro hac vice attorneys not in compliance with the 2006 annual assessment.
