A man involved in an auto accident who sustained a head injury, allegedly leading to cognitive and psychological problems, settled his Burlington County suit, Nitzke v. DiFranco, on April 6 for $1.2 million.
In August 2013, Ken Nitzke was driving on Creek Road in Moorestown when another motorist, Charles DiFranco, crossed the center line and struck his vehicle, said Nitzke’s attorney, John Borbi of Borbi, Clancy & Patrizi in Marlton.
