An Edison-based distributor of paper and plastic products has acquired the key assets of a Bayonne supplier of maintenance products, it announced last week. Liberty Paper & Janitorial Supply Company‘s operations will be merged into Jersey Paper Plus‘ Edison facility as a result of the transaction, Jersey Paper Plus said in a news release. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Enertec Awarded $5.8M Project to Produce Computer Defense
Micronet Enertec Technologies Inc. announced that its aerospace and defense wholly-owned subsidiary, Enertec Systems 2001 Ltd, has been awarded a $5.8 million project to produce computer-based defense command and control systems. The Montvale-based computer systems company said in a statement that the customer is a multibillion-dollar Israeli-based defense and aerospace contractor. The contractor expects to place additional orders in 2016, Enertec said.
