Rights Alright—A complaint alleging violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts, Vicinage I of the Superior Court and the state of New Jersey has been dismissed by the Superior Court Appellate Division.

Peter Stone claimed the defendants violated his rights under the ADA after receiving a judgment from the Superior Court Chancery Division that there was no reason to appoint a guardian ad litem for his brother, Roger B. Stone III.
