Longtime Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli announced he will leave office in January and join Price, Meese, Shulman & D’Arminio in Woodcliff Lake.
Molinelli said he would remain in the prosecutor’s office until late December before taking some vacation and officially end his term around Jan. 15. In his new role, he plans to practice in the areas of corporate governance and compliance, including internal investigations; employment and labor counseling and litigation in police and non-police matters; e-discovery issues; white-collar and corporate criminal defense; and complex commercial litigation.
