Profile: As a partner with Wolff & Samson, Wood advises companies in various industries and provides experienced counsel to help navigate the complex maze of federal and state employment laws and regulations. She helps to minimize her clients’ exposure to employment claims that deal with discrimination, harassment or retaliation lawsuits. Some of her clients include: the New Jersey Department of Corrections, New Jersey Civil Service Commission, Future Care, Inc., Cement Works Moroccanoil, Inc., Red Bulls New York, and Vigo Industries Inc. One of her landmark cases was Tamayo v VIP Care in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
