The New Jersey Supreme Court on Wednesday said law enforcement will be allowed to continue to use the Alcotest breath tester on suspected drunken drivers until a replacement device is found.
The court rejected claims made by the defense bar that the state purposefully failed to comply with the court's 2008 conditions for allowing the police to use Alcotest.
