Thomas H. Prol won an election to serve as second vice president of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). The Sussex County attorney is on the path to the presidency in 2016, and would be the first openly gay president of the association. Prol bested trustee Nancy Erika Smith in a 1,860-to-1,721 vote.

Christine A. Amalfe, a partner with Gibbons, received the most votes for at-large trustee. She beat Christina Vassiliou Harvey in a 1,729-to-1,706 vote.
