New Jersey State Bar Association general members can now vote on a pair of leadership positions.     On the ballot in the runoff election are candidates for second vice president and an at-large trustee position.     Nancy Erika Smith, a trustee, and Thomas H. Prol, a former treasurer, are running for second vice president. Christina Vassiliou Harvey, a former trustee, and Christine A. Amalfe are running for at-large trustee.   The election is between the top votegetters from the previous round of voting.     Voting will remain open until 5 p.m. Monday, July 1.     All general members should have received the ballot and voting instructions last week either via email or letter from Votenet Solutions, Inc., which is administering the election.     If no information was received from Votenet Solutions, Inc., either via email or letter, or if a member wants a paper ballot, please call 866-543-8750. Members will need to provide their association membership ID number, which can be obtained by contacting the Member Services Department at 732-249-5000 (press 1) or at info@njsba.com.     Additional information about the election can be found at njsba.com.
