Published for comment with this notice is the April 10, 2013 Supplemental Report of the 2011-2013 Supreme Court Family Practice Committee. This Supplemental Report focuses on the Child Support Guidelines and related issues and presents the results of the federally required quadrennial review conducted pursuant to the Family Support Act of 1988 (42 U.S.C.A. § 667(a)) and 45 C.F.R. 302.56(e). The Committee’s initial report was previously published for comment by notice dated February 1, 2013.
