Annmarie Simeone, shown, a partner with Norris McLaughlin & Marcus in Bridgewater, was selected as an Outstanding Woman in Somerset County in the category of Law by the Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women. She was honored, on March 22 at The Imperia in Somerset, for her personal accomplishments and dedication to the profession and community. Simeone, who concentrates her practice on labor and employment matters, serves on the board of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and is the second vice president of the board of the Resource Center of Somerset.

Drinker Biddle & Reath in Florham Park hosted a Valentine’s Day flower and bake sale on Feb. 14 in recognition of Heart Awareness Month. The sale and other projects during the month raised $969 for the American Heart Association.
