Not-So-Artful Dodge — The Pleasantville school board is paying a high price for waiting until the eve of trial to produce 2,700 pages of discovery after years of unheeded requests.

Gloucester County Superior Court Judge Jean McMaster struck with prejudice the board’s answer in Mora v. Pleasantville Board of Education, a reverse-discrimination suit, finding its lawyer held back the documents too long and adding, "Gamesmanship is not to be rewarded."
