The New Jersey State Bar Association will celebrate its long history of advocacy in Trenton at a morning reception on March 18 at the Statehouse.     The event is free and open to all.     At the program, State Bar Association President Kevin P. McCann will present the Robert B. Meyner Award to several legislators. The award recognizes the exceptional advocacy efforts of public officials in the advancement of the association’s mission.     The award winners are: Senators Stephen M. Sweeney , John J. Burzichelli, Christopher J. Connors , and Assemblymembers Peter J. Barnes III , Annette Quijano , Jon M. Bramnick , and Vincent Prieto.
