On December 21, 2012, the Chief Justice issued an Order amending the 2012-2013 General Assignment Order with respect to the assignment of Tax Court Judges. All Tax Court cases scheduled to be heard in January and February 2013 will be heard on the dates and in the locations as they are scheduled. Cases scheduled to be heard after February 28, 2013 may be rescheduled. The Tax Court will reschedule hearings as necessary and notify the parties. The parties are expected to appear on the original hearing date unless otherwise notified.
