SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that Appellate Division Judge Joseph F. Lisa, retired and serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 and the Court’s Order dated July 27, 2012, shall, in addition to the assignments on recall set forth in that Order, also be temporarily assigned from December 10, 2012 through February 1, 2013 to serve on Appellate Division Part H, with that temporary assignment to continue in effect for such additional period of time as necessary to decide motions and conclude all matters assigned to him.
