Radio Stations Sold for $38.7M
Radio station operator Nassau Broadcasting in Princeton, which had gone bankrupt earlier this year, announced on Dec. 5 that its remaining radio stations, including three in Trenton, have been sold by auction to media company Connoisseur Media in Westport, Conn., for about $38.7 million.
Bel Fuse Makes $22M Acquisition
Bel Fuse, a telecommunications company in Jersey City, announced on Nov. 29 it paid about $22.4 million in cash for the Transpower Magnetics line from TE Connectivity, an electronics company in Berwyn, Pa.
Allcare Acquired by C&C Homecare
C&C Homecare, a home respiratory service provider in Plainview, N.Y., announced on Dec. 4 it acquired home health-care provider Allcare Medical of Sayreville, which will continue operating under the Allcare name.
PMC Unit Makes Acquisition
BASF, a chemical company in Florham Park, announced on Nov. 29 that its Global Food and Fermentation Defoamer business has been acquired by PMC Ouvrie in Lesquin, France, a division of Mount Laurel chemical producer PMC Group.
Presentation Media Acquired
Presentation Products of New York City on Nov. 29 announced its acquisition of Presentation Media of Fairfield. Both are audiovisual firms.
N.J. Insurance Agencies Merge
Borden Perlman Insurance in Lawrenceville and Parker Remsen & Sullivan Insurance in Highland Park announced on Nov. 26 they have merged and will be renamed Borden Perlman Salisbury & Kelly, operating in Lawrenceville.
