Let Them Pay Voters by a wide majority believe that judges should be treated the same as all other state employees who have to pay increased contributions for their pensions and health care, according to a Rutgers-Eagleton poll.
The poll results, released Friday, found 70 percent of 619 likely voters support a constitutional amendment on the November ballot that would remove the judges’ exemption; 18 percent are opposed and 12 percent undecided.
