Bel Fuse of Jersey City, a developer of telecommunication products, announced on Sept. 12 its acquisition of Powerbox Italia S.R.L., a provider of battery charging and power supplies in Milan, Italy.
Acquisition for Quadrant
Health-care media company Quadrant HealthCom in Parsippany, a subsidiary of investment firm M.E. Zukerman & Co. in New York City, on Sept. 10 announced its acquisition of health-care news provider International Medical News Group in Morristown from academic journal database Elsevier of Burlington, Mass. Quadrant and IMNG will operate under the name Frontline Medical Communications.
