Bochenek Joins Riker Danzig Real Estate Group
Riker Danzig has welcomed associate Veronica Bochenek to the firm’s real estate group, an announcement by the firm said. Prior to joining the firm, Bochenek was an associate with Meister Seelig & Fein in New York.
Bochenek’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, and leasing. She has considerable experience working on commercial leases in a variety of contexts, including retail shopping centers, mixed-use properties, and office buildings. Her clients have included national landlords, large local landlords and tenants in retail and office leasing transactions. Bochenek has also represented both sellers and purchasers in a variety of purchase and sale transactions nationwide.
