New Jersey Supreme Court Associate Justice Lee A. Solomon, who will reach mandatory retirement age on Aug. 17, spoke with the Law Journal about how his legal experience affected his approach to serving as a justic on the state’s highest court.

Solomon, a Republican, was appointed to the high court in June 2014 by Gov. Chris Christie. Before that, Solomon was the Camden County assignment judge, a former assemblyman, a state and federal prosecutor, and president of the state Board of Public Utilities.
