Joseph Nyre, the former president of Seton Hall University, and his wife, Kelli Nyre, have filed an eight-count lawsuit against the school and its governance board, alleging claims of retaliation, constructive termination, breach of contract and sexual harassment.
Kevin Marino, former chair of the SHU Board of Regents and a member of the Seton Hall Law’s Board of Visitors, is repeatedly named throughout the lawsuit, although he is not listed as a defendant in the suit, which was filed Monday in Essex County Superior Court.
