A New Jersey attorney has been censured in connection with his use of sham objectors in an effort to stop development of a new fast-food restaurant.

William P. Munday of Anselmi & Carvelli in Morristown took steps to enlist three people to serve as objectors to a proposed McDonald’s in Passaic, but falsely represented that they had become clients of his firm, according to the state Disciplinary Review Board.
