Kenvue, the proprietor of well-known brands such as Band-Aid, Benadryl and Tylenol, was named in a federal putative securities class action over the company’s initial public offering.

The class action complaint, Autrey v. Kenvue, first surfaced by Law.com Radar, was filed Nov. 16 in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey by Robert James Autrey over his purchase of shares of the company in an IPO.
