DJ Envy, the radio host of “The Breakfast Club” on Power 105.1 FM New York, has filed a four-count complaint against Anthony ”Tony the Closer” Robinson, a real estate entrepreneur with a large social media following, for allegedly making defamatory and slanderous statements about the plaintiff.

DJ Envy, whose real name is Raashaun Casey, filed a complaint Aug. 10 in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, which alleged Robinson made “false, defamatory, slanderous, and malicious assertions” that Casey is a ”thief,” “criminal,” and “scammer” who has perpetuated a “Ponzi scheme” and “stolen millions,” according to his complaint. The dispute arose over allegations that Cesar and Jennifer Pina, who are motivational speakers who focus on real estate investments, defrauded investors.
