Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is escalating its fight against the New York State Liquor Authority, claiming in new court papers that the SLA colluded with plaintiffs attorneys in New Jersey to revoke the Corporation’s liquor license over their adverse attorney policy.

“The SLA is misusing its enforcement powers at the behest of politically influential lawyers, who sued MSG (some repeatedly) and have thus been excluded from MSG’s events while that litigation is pending,” reads the petition filed Monday by Walden Macht & Haran partner Jim Walden on behalf of the entertainment giant.
