Porzio Bromberg & Newman welcomed two summer associates, Sameer Prasla and Michael Leon, to the Morristown office. Both are students at Rutgers Law School in Newark and members of the Minority Student Program.
Prasla is entering his final year at Rutgers Law, where he is an associate editor of the Computer and Technology Law Journal, student liaison for the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey, a member of the Minority Student Program, and a member of the Rutgers Society for Corporate Law and Governance.
