The suit, filed by Sills Cummis & Gross on behalf of transportation and logistics company American Fuel Harvester Inc. and Richard D. Schibell, accuses Insight of delivering defective GPS tracking devices and failing to satisfy an executed master services subscription agreement. The case is 3:22-cv-02775, American Fuel Harvester, Inc. et al v. Insight Mobile Data, Inc. et al.
