Lawyers at McCarter & English on Monday removed a personal injury lawsuit against DuPont, 3M, Chemours and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The suit, which pertains to injury claims arising from the contamination of water supply with polyfluoroalkyl and perfluoroalkyl substances, was filed by Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein, & Blader; Cooney & Conway and Phillips & Paolicelli on behalf of Kim Wilson and Stephen Wilson. The case is 1:22-cv-02379, Wilson v. A Clement, Inc. et al.
