Attorneys at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Brink’s and HR manager Lisa Johnson to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, over alleged disability-based employment discrimination, was filed by attorney Marc W. Garbar on behalf of Tommie McCoy. The case is 2:22-cv-01793, Mccoy v. Brink’s U.S. et al.
