The New Jersey State Bar Association has been hit with a race discrimination suit from a Black meeting planner, who claims it bypassed her for promotions after she complained her boss was racially insensitive.
The suit, filed on March 7 by meetings manager Tamika Wilson, is the second to accuse the NJSBA of racial discrimination.
