A New Jersey law firm has hit TD Bank N.A. with a suit after more than $200,000 was stolen from its attorney trust account.
Sapiro Gottlieb & Kroll of East Brunswick filed the suit in Middlesex County Superior Court on Jan. 28, and TD Bank removed it to federal court on Friday.
