The suit was filed by Cole Schotz PC and the Scheier Law Firm on behalf of Prestige Capital Finance LLC, which seeks to recover an alleged debt of over $3.5 million for an order of protective face masks. The case is 2:22-cv-00735, Prestige Capital Finance LLC v. CVS Pharmacy Inc. et al.
