Geico filed a civil RICO lawsuit on Monday in New Jersey District Court seeking to recover $1.9 million. The suit, filed by Rivkin Radler, targets Primary Medical Services LLC and other defendants, for allegedly submitting thousands of fraudulent no-fault insurance charges. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00319, Government Employees Insurance Co. et al v. Advanced Spine & Pain Management Limited Liability Company et al.
