Former McCarter & English chairman Michael Kelly has passed away at 65, after a lengthy fight with cancer.
Kelly, who was based out of the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware, office, joined McCarter in 2000 and served as the chairman of its executive committee from 2009 to 2019. He was the Newark-founded firm’s first leader outside of New Jersey.
