Lawyers at Fox Rothschild on Wednesday removed an insurance lawsuit against Aetna, a health care insurance company, and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by Lawall & Mitchell on behalf of the Advanced Orthopedics & Hand Surgery Institute, who claim Aetna has refused to pay them for medically necessary services provided to a policyholder. The case is 2:21-cv-20756, Advanced Orthopedics & Hand Surgery Institute v. Aetna, Inc. et al.
