United Airlines was hit with a civil rights lawsuit Monday in New Jersey District Court. The case was filed by the Law Offices of Peter Katz on behalf of Leslie Allen and Jie Shan. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-20357, Shan et al v. United Airlines et al.
