Day Pitney is no longer representing Remington Arms in a long-running and controversial lawsuit brought by families of nine victims of the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Kerry Callahan—a shareholder at Connecticut-based Updike, Kelly & Spellacy—is now representing the firearms company, according to a document filed Tuesday in Connecticut Superior Court, supplementing Remington’s legal team, which includes Swanson Martin & Bell attorneys James Vogts and Andrew Lothson of Chicago.
