Lawyers at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter on Thursday removed a civil rights lawsuit against CVS Pharmacy to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by Garber Law PC on behalf of Valerie Prinez, who alleges she was racially profiled at CVS by being followed and refused services. The case is 1:21-cv-19143, Prinez v. New Jersey CVS Pharmacy LLC.
