The action was filed Sept. 9 in New Jersey District Court by Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti on behalf of a former executive team leader of human resources. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Joseph H. Rodriguez, is 1:21-cv-16366, Crossland v. Target Corp.
