Bristol-Myers Squibb and Celgene, a drug manufacturer specializing in treatments for cancer and inflammatory diseases, were hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Friday in New Jersey District Court. The lawsuit, which asserts one patent related to multiple sclerosis drug Zeposia, was filed by Robinson Miller LLC on behalf of Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-18695, Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. et al. v. Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. et al.
