McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter filed a lawsuit Wednesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh PA. The suit takes aim at West Coast Enterprise Inc., its owner Sheldon West and other defendants over an alleged fraudulent wire transfer of $280,169 from policy holder Seattle Colleges to West Coast Enterprise. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-18558, National Union Fire Insurance Company Of Pittsburgh, PA. v. West et al.
