The Judicial Conference on Jury Selection, part of the landmark State v. Andujar decision from earlier this year that deemed selective criminal background checks of prospective jurors discriminatory, is set for next month.

The two-day judicial conference, to be chaired by New Jersey Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, will be held Nov. 10 and Nov. 12 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, according to an Oct. 1 release from the Judiciary.
