Lawyers are layered. We can advocate on the spot with limited information, speak publicly before any size or type of audience, interpret the most complex statutes and case law, conduct on-point research across multiple jurisdictions, and zealously represent our clients.  On a deeper level, we can (and must) also lead.

Now more than ever, our workforce needs effective leaders. The pandemic has changed the leadership landscape, presenting opportunities for leaders to refine essential skills and perfect new ones. Team members are inundated with meeting requests, late-night emails, technology interruptions, and in many cases, less than conducive home working environments. Leaders must be cognizant of these challenges and adjust and guide accordingly.
