David A. Kotler of Dechert has entered an appearance for Khoso Baluch, Cormedix Inc. and other defendants in a pending securities class action. The complaint centers on the biopharmaceutical company’s lead product candidate DefenCath, a solution intended to prevent catheter-related infections. Pomerantz and Roche Freeman filed the suit Sept. 9 in New Jersey District Court. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Julien Xavier Neals, is 2:21-cv-16855, Levon v. Cormedix Inc. et al.
