Dog owners have no bark on this one.
In Bozzi v. Jersey City, a majority of the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled 5-2 that dog ownership entails consistent contact with the public, including outdoor walks and vet visits, and therefore is not a private interest exempt under the Open Public Records Act.
