Counsel at McCarter & English on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Electrolux Home Products and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The suit, over property damage arising from an allegedly faulty product, was filed by Kearns Duffy & Vaccaro on behalf of State Farm Insurance. The case is 2:21-cv-17328, Bucci v. Electrolux Home Products, Inc. et al.
